Delivery within London
Our delivery times vary depending on the the courier company used by the florist. We cannot, therefore, accept time specific orders. Our deliveries are usually made between 09:00 – 21:00 weekdays and weekends. A shipping charge of GBP 10 will be added for each order.
Same day delivery
We can deliver the same day if you make your order before 14:00 on weekdays and 10:00 on Saturdays.
Delivery method
All our flowers are delivered direct to the recipient’s door. Exceptions include places or areas located in the countryside, islands or other hard-to-reach places that the florists’ courier is unable to drive to. Therefore, deliveries to certain locations may be made by bus, ferry or mail van without you as a customer being informed. This means that the recipient may have to pick up the flowers from the nearest delivery point
Prior to delivery, the recipient is always contacted by phone or text message by the florist or the courier (unless we have received other information when ordering). This is to confirm that the recipient is at home to receive the flowers. In some cases, the florist may even call one or two days in advance.
We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time in the event of extreme weather conditions, major events or other circumstances. If we have not succeeded in delivering your order, we will contact the recipient and agree on a new date.
Orders to companies
Flower deliveries to business addresses are only made during office hours and must be ordered no later than 10:00 on weekdays in order to be delivered the same day. We cannot deliver to business addresses on Saturdays and Sundays.
For deliveries to schools, hotels, hospitals or other businesses, flowers are usually left at the building’s reception. If the recipient is not present or if the business has closed for the day, the flowers and delivery will not be replaced or refunded. Eu
Business deliveries during major holiday periods
During major holiday periods when we have more orders than usual, we must receive your order 14.00 the day before the delivery date for the bouquet to be delivered on the desired date.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can easily change or cancel an order by sending us a message. Contact customer services here.
Cancel
You can cancel your order as long as the florist has not created your bouquet or arrangement.
Change
If you want to change your order, we have a processing time of 24 hours in order that the florist has time to implement your change. If you contact us on the same day as delivery, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change your order.
During major holiday periods when we have more orders than usual, processing time is extended to 72 hours so that the florist has time to change your order. This is because florists often prepare the flowers the day before delivery when such large volumes are ordered.
Complaints
You should contact us if the flowers delivered are damaged or dead upon delivery or if they wither within five days after the recipient has received their bouquet, even though they have been handled correctly. Feel free to send a message to our customer services department and choose “complaint” as topic and we will help you. Do not forget to attach a photograph of the flowers. In accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, if you wish to make a complaint about a delivery, you must do this within a reasonable time from when you noticed the fault, so that we can replace the flowers.
If the flowers have not been delivered in accordance with the agreement, you have the right to cancel your purchase, provided that correct contact information has been provided when ordering and that the recipient was at home to be able to receive the flowers. There may be exceptions during certain major holiday periods when bouquets may be delivered on a date other than the one selected.
Returning your purchase
According to the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, you cannot return a purchase of flowers, chocolate or other delicacies because these are perishable goods.
Payment
You can select the payment option that suits you best at golnifo.com. Choose between Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and American Express.
All credit card payments are handled by an accredited and secure e-commerce company. If you choose to pay via credit card, it is required that the card is valid and approved for online purchases via your bank. The payment should be fulfilled upon placing order on website. The payment on Golnifo is prepaid meaning that the payment is debited from your card directly when order is placed on website

Order confirmation
Once you have made an order via golnifo.com, you will receive an on-screen confirmation stating that your order has been processed. An order confirmation is then sent to your e-mail address. The order confirmation acts as a purchase receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail or there is something wrong with your order, please contact our customer service department.
